Summer Update

Busy, busy, busy! Soccer season is just starting with 2 hour practices 6 days a week, I just finished working at the fair, and am now getting back into my work at Akanomi. Not including any summer work and hanging out with friends I still have very little down time. When I do get a break I like to look at Twitter and that's when I saw the story about the Amazon Rainforest. I am sad, but mostly scared to learn that the world is quite literally burning. I truly hope that my research this year will be able to make a difference because whatever we are doing right now is not working. I want to make my planet the best it can be for everyone and everything living on it.
